TERMS & CONDITIONS The Law Spa | Effective Date: April 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Our Services The Law Spa provides integrated legal and wellness services. Our services are offered both in-person and online and are designed to support clients through legal challenges and leadership journeys with clarity, competence, and care.

3. Nature of Services — Important Disclaimer The legal services provided by The Law Spa are professional legal services rendered by a qualified legal practitioner. However, general information shared on our website does not constitute legal advice. Wellness services are complementary in nature and do not replace medical or psychological treatment. Clients are encouraged to seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

4. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services
  • Attend scheduled consultations punctually or provide reasonable notice of cancellation
  • Treat all staff and representatives of The Law Spa with respect
  • Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary materials or strategies shared during consultations

5. Fees & Payment All fees for services will be communicated clearly prior to engagement. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. The Law Spa reserves the right to withhold services pending receipt of payment.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

7. Confidentiality The Law Spa treats all client information with the utmost confidentiality, consistent with our professional obligations and Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020. Information shared during consultations will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, branding, and materials — is the intellectual property of The Law Spa and its Founder/CEO. Reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Jamaican law, The Law Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

10. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.

11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
