Refund policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY The Law Spa | Effective Date: April 24, 2026

1. Cancellation Policy Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation or wellness session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

2. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy — Services Due to the professional and personalised nature of our legal and wellness services, all service fees are non-refundable once a consultation or session has commenced. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us directly so we can address your concerns.

4. Refund Policy — Digital Products All sales of digital products, downloadable resources, and online courses are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Refund Policy — Physical Products Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Exceptional Circumstances The Law Spa understands that emergencies happen. Refund or rescheduling requests due to genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The Law Spa.
