Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY The Law Spa | Effective Date: April 24, 2026

1. Digital Services & Online Consultations All online legal consultations, wellness sessions, coaching, and digital products are delivered electronically via email, video conferencing, or our online platform. There is no physical shipping involved for these services. Access details will be provided upon confirmation of booking and receipt of payment.

2. Premium Face-to-Face Services The Law Spa offers premium in-person services including legal consultations, executive coaching, workshops, retreats, and bespoke wellness engagements. These services are conducted at agreed locations in Jamaica or at designated venues for events and retreats.

  • Venue details, schedules, and logistical information will be communicated directly to confirmed clients
  • Travel, accommodation, and related expenses for events and retreats held outside of Kingston are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in the engagement agreement
  • The Law Spa reserves the right to change venue or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control, with reasonable notice provided to all registered participants
  • Refunds or credits for cancelled events will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy

3. Physical Products For any physical products purchased through The Law Spa's online store, the following shipping terms apply:

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Third-Party Shipping Providers The Law Spa may engage reputable third-party courier and logistics providers to fulfil and deliver physical product orders. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Once an order has been dispatched and is in the custody of a third-party shipping provider, The Law Spa's direct liability for that shipment is limited
  • The Law Spa will make every reasonable effort to assist clients in resolving shipping issues with third-party providers
  • Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are subject to the third-party provider's operations, weather conditions, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control
  • The Law Spa is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused solely by the third-party shipping provider; however, we will advocate on your behalf where possible
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover of the order to the third-party shipping provider

5. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within Jamaica and to select international destinations. International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Jamaica)

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination: typically 7–21 business days
  • International shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • The Law Spa is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country

6. Order Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking is subject to the capabilities of the third-party shipping provider engaged for your order.

We will investigate the matter with the shipping provider and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

8. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
