1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About Our Services
The Law Spa provides integrated legal and wellness services. Our services are offered both in-person and online and are designed to support clients through legal challenges and leadership journeys with clarity, competence, and care.
3. Nature of Services — Important Disclaimer
The legal services provided by The Law Spa are professional legal services rendered by a qualified legal practitioner. However, general information shared on our website does not constitute legal advice. Wellness services are complementary in nature and do not replace medical or psychological treatment. Clients are encouraged to seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
4. Private Label Products
The Law Spa offers branded private label products under the trademarked name "The Law Spa". These products are sourced from third-party manufacturers and sold under The Law Spa brand. While we take reasonable care to ensure product quality, The Law Spa makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for a particular purpose. Customers are responsible for reading all product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions prior to purchase. The Law Spa shall not be liable for any adverse reactions, misuse, or damages arising from the use of any product purchased through our store.
5. Product Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The Law Spa reserves the right to refuse returns on products that have been opened or used, unless the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services
- Attend scheduled consultations punctually or provide reasonable notice of cancellation
- Treat all staff and representatives of The Law Spa with respect
- Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary materials or strategies shared during consultations
7. Fees & Payment
All fees for services will be communicated clearly prior to engagement. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. The Law Spa reserves the right to withhold services pending receipt of payment.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
9. Confidentiality
The Law Spa treats all client information with the utmost confidentiality, consistent with our professional obligations and Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020. Information shared during consultations will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, branding, and materials — is the intellectual property of The Law Spa and its Founder/CEO. The name and brand "The Law Spa" is a registered trademark. Reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Jamaican law, The Law Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or any products purchased through our store. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from product misuse, reliance on website information, or service interruptions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
